A rotating slender nozzle directs an air jet into blind, through and tapped holes to remove machining chips and cutting fluid. Clearance around the nozzle allows the removed material to escape.
The exit path matters.
The standard air-only models have nozzle diameters of 3.5 mm or 5 mm. Check the actual hole diameter and depth, and leave clearance for chips and fluid to exit. Published images and dimensions include development-stage information; confirm the final specification. For mist cleaning, ask about a suitable liquid-spray product.
