Air-powered oscillation directs a single jet across the workpiece. The nozzle mechanically swings from side to side without an external drive, for water, chip and dust removal on production lines.
How the oscillating jet works.
An oscillating air jet covers a wider area than a stationary jet. The nozzle rapidly sweeps the jet across the workpiece rather than spreading air through a fixed outlet. Evaluate working width, conveyor speed and nozzle-to-workpiece distance together. Compare nozzle count, air consumption and operating time at the same required finish.
